Margherita Stuffed Flatbread



MARGHERITA STUFFED FLATBREAD

1 rectangle lavoush
1 tablespoon roasted garlic, pureed with olive oil
1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
6 tomato slices
salt and pepper to taste
2 basil leaves, chopped
1 teaspoon parmesan cheese, grated
2 tablespoons fontina cheese, grated
marinara sauce, for dipping

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Brush the lavoush with the pureed roasted garlic olive oil. Top with mozzarella cheese, tomatoes, salt and pepper, basil, parmesan and fontina cheeses. Roll and place seand side down on a sheet pan. Place seam side down on a sheet pand and place in the oven. Cook for 8-10 minutes, until golden brown and the cheese is melted. Remove from the oven and cut into serving pieces. Serve with your favorite marinara sauce.
