  1. I have never heard of jambalaya pasta. That sounds so delicious! I'll have to give it a try one of these nights. It's a copy cat recipe from one of my favorite restaurants so I know I'll enjoy it. My husband loves spicy New Orleans food, and I love flavorful Italian food. This seems like the perfect blend of those flavors. It may become our favorite dish! http://www.pierrositalianbistro.com/
