Brio Creamy Parmesan Dressing

CREAMY PARMESAN DRESSING  
Brio Tuscan Grille Copycat Recipe

Makes 1 Quart

10 1/2 ounces buttermilk
16 ounces mayonnaise
5 ounces sour cream
2 1/2 ounces hidden valley ranch dressing mix
1/2 pinch scallion, chopped
2 ounces red wine vinegar
2 1/2 ounces parmesan cheese, grated
3 tablespoons chives
1 teaspoon cracked black pepper

In a mixing bowl add buttermilk, mayonnaise and sour cream. Mix with a wire whisk. Once completely blended, add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate immediately. Dressing should keep for 3 to 4 days.
