Lobster Ravioli alla Vodka

7 lobster and shrimp filled ravioli, cooked
1 ounce vodka
2 ounces marinara sauce
1 ounce heavy cream
2 ounces seafood broth
2 ounces grape tomatoes
1 ounce butter
2 ounce shrimp 91/110 size, sauteed and quartered
1 tablespoon bread crumbs
salt and pepper

In saute pan, add vodka and cook off alcohol. Add marinara, heavy cream, seafood broth, and grape tomatoes. Stir and heat through. Add butter and stir to incorporate. Add salt and pepper and shrimp piece. Stir and simmer. Add hot cooked raviolis to pan and toss well. Place ravioli on plate and pour sauce over top. Top with Bread crumbs.
