Bravo! Cucina Italiana New Items:

  • Braised Meatballs with Creamy Polenta: Polenta served with three meatballs, topped with tomato Marsala sauce and sweet balsamic glaze with a side of grilled ciabatta
  • Eggplant and Zucchini Fritti: Lightly breaded eggplant and zucchini that is flash fried, tossed in Parmesan cheese and served with lemon aïoli and tomato sauce
  • Antipasti Salad: Provolone, red onion, black olives, marinated red peppers, basil, oregano, soppressata and romaine lettuce tossed with red wine vinaigrette and topped with Parmesan cheese
  • Pizza Bravo!: Pizza crust topped with spicy soppressata and pepperoncini, mozzarella and provolone blend, crushed red pepper, Parmesan, basil and lemon aïoli
  • Tomato Basil Linguine: Linguine with caramelized onions and garlic cooked in tomato compote and topped with basil
  • Linguine Carbonara: Linguine with Alfredo sauce, garlic, applewood smoked bacon, peas, white wine, Parmesan sauce and black pepper
  • Baked Chicken Parmesan: Breaded chicken in tomato sauce and mozzarella and provolone blend baked and served over linguine
  • Shrimp Scampi Pasta (pictured): Capellini pasta with sauteed shrimp, garlic, diced tomatoes and lemon juice in white wine sauce, topped with pesto breadcrumbs and garlic crostini
  • Shrimp & Clam Arrabiatta: Baby clams and shrimp tossed with linguine and applewood smoked bacon, tossed in white wine and marinara sauce, garnished with parsley
  • Grilled Chicken with Sun Dried Tomato Goat Cheese: Herb marinated 10 ounce chicken breast topped with sundried tomato goat cheese, garnished with lemon butter sauce, pesto breadcrumbs and basil, served with mashed potatoes and haricots verts
  • Citrus Marinated Chicken: Skewered chicken thighs with mustard glaze served over sauteed orzo, farro, roasted peppers, zucchini and spinach
  • Grilled Lamb Chops: Three double lamb chops topped with mushroom Marsala sauce, served with a side of polenta with balsamic roasted shallots and button and portobello mushrooms
  • Braised Pork Marsala: Braised pork topped with tomato Marsala sauce, served over Yukon Gold mashed potatoes and haricots verts
  • Bravo! Ribeye: Marinated and grilled 12 ounce rib eye steak with polenta, roasted shallots, and button and portobello mushrooms
  • Cookie Butter Blondie: Blondie topped with vanilla bean gelato, drizzled with cookie butter caramel and garnished with sugared pretzels
