Tuscan Country Salad

Biaggi's Ristorante Italiano Restaurant Recipe

1 pound Romaine lettuce, chopped
3/4 cup Creamy Parmesan dressing
1/2 cup ham, diced
1/2 cup turkey, diced
1/2 cup Swiss cheese, diced
1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese, diced
1/4 cup Danish blue cheese
1/4 cup red onions, chopped
1/2 cup black olives, sliced
1/2 cup plum tomatoes, diced
1 hard boiled egg, sliced
4 pepperoncini
2 tablespoons bacon, cooked & diced

Place the lettuce and dressing in a large mixing bowl and toss until lettuce is evenly coated. Add ham, turkey, cheeses, onions, olives and tomatoes and gently toss together. Place the slices of hard boiled egg on top of the salad. Sprinkle bacon on top of the salad and serve.
