Bravo! Cucina Italiana Restaurant Recipe

1/2 ounce ladle Blended Oil
2 Scallops
1 pinch of salt and pepper mix
5 Shrimp, 31/40
7 Mussels
1/2 teaspoon Garlic, chopped
1/4 teaspoon crushed Red Pepper
1 ounce ladle White Wine
2 ounce ladle Clam Juice
6 ounce ladle Light Tomato Sauce
6 ounces Linguine
1 pinch Salt and Pepper mix
1 lb 60 scoop Scampi Butter
1 tablespoon Pesto Bread Crumbs

Heat oil in a saute pan.
Season scallops with salt and pepper.
Add scallops to pan, saute on one side, flip.
Add shrimp and mussels and saute.
Add garlic, crushed red pepper, white wine, clam juice, tomato sauce and cook until mussels are open.
Place pasta in hot water to heat.
Add salt and pepper and scampi butter to sauce and incorporate.
Drain pasta and add pasta to pan, toss to combine.
Twirl pasta in the center of a rimless bowl and arrange mussels around pasta.
Garnish with pesto crumbs and parsley.
